Pursuant to the Law, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is authorized to ratify the documents on demarcation and inspection of the State Border of Ukraine, provided the international agreements of Ukraine fail to define the said procedure, and the State Border Service of Ukraine is authorized to keep the documents on demarcation and inspection of the State Border of Ukraine.
The Bill introduces relevant amendments to the Laws "On the State Border of Ukraine" and "On the State Border Service of Ukraine".
A relevant Bill (Reg. No.2125) was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
